The product of tremendous local pride and enthusiasm, this multi-purpose facility features a 5-lane, 25m competitive pool, swirl pool, wading pool, and water slide, a 500 seat Junior ‘A’ hockey arena, a second floor auditorium, squash courts, a 2,500 square foot fitness centre overlooking the pool and all associated change room facilities. The complex was constructed using a construction management contract model which has proven to be very successful in maintaining local trade involvement, cost control and has maximized the client input during the construction phase of the project.
