In 1989, Paul Mitchell designed the last major renovation/expansion of Cassellholme. It is a privilege now for Paul and Nathan to be involved in the complete redevelopment of this 240 bed home. The new building to replace the existing home will be constructed on the same site, while the home remains fully functional. It will be completed in two distinct phases, with partial demolition making way for phase two.
The five storey structure will feature seven 32-bed Resident Home Areas along with two smaller units specially designed to support residents living with dementia. With generous natural light and quality materials, this new home will serve the families of North Bay and area for many decades.
