A sneek peek at one of the ten paintings we commissioned by the very talented @bridgetteperronart for our Cassellholme LTC project! We`re a little late posting this, but it was a pleasure attending the grand opening of the @nipissingu George and Helen Vari Simulation Centre! The facility is a state of the art nursing simulation space that includes acute, homecare, and two amazing fully-interactive immersive virtual learning spaces.

The welcoming lobby includes a feature wall designed to mimic the striations of the rock faces students pass as they arrive on campus, while the extensive wood cladding connects the building to the forests that surround it.

The Nipissing University Student Centre, set to open this fall, welcomes students as the first sight as they arrive on campus. The building is organized around a new student courtyard, which is formed on two sides by the building and on the other sides by forest. We like to call it a “Northern Ontario quad”. All of the buildings study spaces look onto this beautiful new outdoor space.

The Nipissing University Student Centre, set to open this fall, welcomes students as the first sight as they arrive on campus. The building is home to a variety of flexible student lounge and study spaces, including a restaurant and nightclub, as well as the Nipissing University Student Union offices. Inspired by the surrounding forests and rock outcrops, the design sought to create a truly northern student centre experience.

Another shot of our recently completed Kinoomaadziwin Education Body project! The KEB is a newly-formed school board responsible for administering the Anishinabek Education System and it’s culturally-relevant, community-based education programs to 23 First Nations across Ontario. The school board was created after a landmark agreement - the largest of its kind in Canada - was passed between Anishinabek First Nations in Ontario and the Government of Canada.

Using the Volkswagen corporate identity, we created a dynamic new dealership for New Sudbury Volkswagen with a bold and modern look. The addition and renovation project included an entirely new showroom with high ceilings, extensive glazing, and a nearly all-white interior, allowing the cars to take centre stage. We also designed the Audi dealership right next door!
